Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, as well as assisting with various tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Provide excellent customer service to clients
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Assist with other tasks as needed
Who we're looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience working with customer service software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
